Things You Need to Know

I founded Jessica's Jewelry Handmade with one goal in mind: giving the customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. I conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. My store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact me if you want to learn more!

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Selling to EU Buyers

EU buyer protection laws may require sellers to display their name, business address and VAT number (where applicable) to buyers. Only buyers who have set their location to an EU country will see this information. This information will not be used to contact you.
